 • The Magic Behind the Marinade: You’ll get the inside scoop on how we blend herbs and spices to create those bold, unforgettable kabab flavors. No gatekeeping here, you’ll leave knowing exactly how it’s done. 

• Get Your Hands Messy: We’re not just watching, you’ll be mixing, shaping, and grilling your own kabab. You’ll learn by doing (and probably licking your fingers a little, too).

 • Grill Like a Pro: We’ll show you how to handle the fire, you’ll know exactly when your kabab is ready to come off the grill.

 • Then, We Feast: After all that effort, you’ll sit down and enjoy everything you’ve made, complete with saffron rice, grilled tomatoes, fresh herbs, and that Persian flair we love.
