Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nasrin's Kitchen website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Reservations are subject to availability and must be made through our official booking system. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion.

• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of your table
• Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours in advance
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings

Catering Services

Catering orders are subject to our catering policies and require advance notice:

• Minimum order requirement is $500
• Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance
• A deposit is required to confirm your order
• Until the deposit is received, the order is not confirmed
• If no deposit has been made within 5 days of the event, we have the right to cancel the order
• Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to fees

Payment is due at the time of service for dine-in experiences. Catering services may require a deposit at the time of booking with the balance due upon delivery. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation or placing an order. Customers with severe allergies dine at their own risk.

Conduct and Behavior

We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward our staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who engages in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior. This includes but is not limited to intoxication, harassment, or damage to property.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, recipes, and designs, is the property of Nasrin's Kitchen and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide high-quality food and service, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all expectations or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nasrin's Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Food Safety Disclaimer

We follow all applicable food safety regulations and maintain proper health permits. However, consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Please inform your server of any concerns.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
